FEATURES:

This reception desks features two pedestals for storage with locking mechanisms. One pedestal with a file drawer plus two box drawers (the top box includes a pencil tray) and another pedestals with two file drawers. Each drawer has the capacity to support a load of up to 100 lbs and file drawers accommodate legal or letter size documents. Each storage unit has four adjustable 1½" high leveling glides that provide up to one inch of adjustability, all the slides are full extension steel ball-bearing and the work surface features two grommets.

COLORS & MATERIALS:

This single person reception is made of 1" thick thermally fused melamine with 45-lbs/cu ft density industrial grade composite wood core. It comes with the desk in black laminate and 9 other finishes for the transaction top (angled portion/counter). The drawers' handles are finished in brushed nickel.

This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.

SHIPPING:

Your Office Reception Desk will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.

If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.

ASSEMBLY:

Your L Shape Reception Desk will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access.
