Radius Global is one of the largest global aggregators of rental streams for wireless sites. They acquire and manage leases for ground, tower, rooftop, and in-building cell sites.

This return client was looking to upgrade their office furniture in Pennsylvania. The project was developed in phases and its scope included three executive office suites, six small offices, a conference room, and an open office space. 

The project started out with our team of space planners skillfully arranging some good-as-new preowned office furniture throughout the open office in the form of white cubicles with windows and maple desks. This palette of soft colored finishes was strategically used to reflect the room lighting, to create a warm and welcoming office space.

The modern conference room was furnished with a contemporary conference table for 10 people in a stately tobacco color laminate finish with black ergonomic office chairs, an excellent solution for lengthy meetings. 

L shaped sit and stand desks with laminate casing and glass modesty panels were specified in the small offices for an overall sophisticated appearance. Electric rising desks allow users to easily transition between sitting and standing positions with the press of a button. The fixed desks extend against the side wall, creating abundant office desk space and a storage combo that includes mixed lateral file cabinets, a wall mounted hutch with glass doors, and a wardrobe tower. Functional tackboards matching in height and color, creatively ties this office furniture design together.

The larger executive office suites have a similar office desk setup, with slight variations. Our office space planners further extended the desks in two of these offices to create expanded executive u shaped desks, achieving ample counter space and additional under desk storage. 

Overall, the white cubicles with maple desks, the modern conference room design and the newly executed elegant offices highly impacted the overall ambience of this office space forming a pleasant yet professional atmosphere for conducting business.
