Statement
Platinum Enrollment Specialists partners with brokers & employers to simplify the process of employee benefits programs and enhance the employee experience. They offer enrollment education services, benefits administration, and additional related services. They’re in 35 states, represent 1,250 employers, and have enrolled over 360,000 employees.
We’ve had the good fortune to provide PES with office space planning, corporate furniture, and systems furniture installation services for many offices in many states since 2014.
Being an employee benefits firm, they take the health & wellbeing of their own employees seriously. When our interior office designer started working with them on their NJ office, office ergonomics was a key factor. It was important that all 24 cubicle workstations include an ergonomic sit and stand desk and desk mounted monitor arms, along with a small file cabinet on wheels.
18 of the customer service desks are straight desk cubicles with a 3.5’x5’ work area, surrounded by 53”H fabric partition panels. There’s also a 6pack of 120 degree workstations arranged into what we call a “dogbone layout” of V-shaped desks.
We worked with the client’s corporate interior designer on selecting furniture finishes to match the rest of their space; they decided to break away from our standard offerings and instead we went with COM – Customers Own Material for an exact match to other furniture pieces in the office.
