Statement
Sea Mar Community Health Center, headquartered in Seattle, is a leading organization providing comprehensive health, human, housing, educational, and cultural services primarily to Latino communities. Operating across 13 counties in Washington state, Sea Mar operates numerous medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics, offering a wide range of specialties since its foundation in 1978.
Our client needed a Washington office furniture supplier to furnish two open office spaces to fit a total of 20 call center cubicles, along with the creation of a private office featuring a cubicle sliding door.
Our call center workstations were specifically designed for projects with minimalist office furniture requirements while minimizing their spatial footprint and is the preferred choice for maximizing available office space.
The fabric office panels used to construct the cubicle workstations act as an acoustic barrier for enhanced focused work. Our office space designers utilized a combination of panel heights to achieve various objectives. Low cubicle walls were strategically specified for call center cubicles near windows, optimizing natural light while mid-height fabric panels were used to ensure privacy at specific cubicle desks.
These workstations offer versatile office storage solutions, and in this particular setup we introduced a box box file pedestal in each station. An adjustable keyboard tray, tackboard panels, cubicle shelves, led task lights, and overhead storage bins can all be added as cubicle desk accessories to complement each workstation and enhance the experience.
For the private office our office space planners opted for 85’H panels with a cubicle sliding door, ensuring a sufficient amount of privacy required given its location in a heavily trafficked hallway. This cubicle setup was a great match for our client’s needs for workflow efficiency and space utilization.
