First Florida Constructors has 58 years of experience in the construction field. They started building restaurants for Burger King and continued with Wendy’s, McDonalds; among others. Later, they ventured into the hotel industry, building rooms for chains like Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, and Hampton Inn. They now specialize in contracting, developing, design-build and construction of multi-family housing, senior living, and office buildings as well as general contracting.  

First Florida Constructions has a sizable office space in Miami and were looking to accommodate more employees in their ever-expanding team. They entrusted us with the task of providing the open office area with a set of L shaped cubicles to create a workstation area that met their requirements. These office furniture sets grant a great balance between privacy and collaboration. Their 53” tall panels provide privacy when sitting down; and allow eye contact when standing up, promoting collaboration between colleagues.

These cubicle workstations can be equipped with an electrical in-feed (not included in the set) that can power up to 8 stations and 16 outlets. This feature provides more flexibility by making it easy for users to modify their office configurations as needed. 

Each L shaped cubicle comes with a box box file pedestal as a convenient office storage solution. The L shaped desktop offers a spacious worksurface, ideal for performing daily tasks in a comfortable environment. The cubicle office desks were installed in a bright, beautiful double volume space, and their natural color scheme blended harmoniously with the office color palette contributing to the serene feel of the open office space. These cubicle workstations are a great choice for any space and office layout design due to their adaptability and features.
