Statement
Householder Group is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) associated with LPL Financial (also a client of ours). They have over 40 offices across the U.S. and provide financial advisors with turnkey marketing programs that help source quality leads.
The client came to us as a referral from a neighboring office of Thompson Von TungeIn, for whom we’d provided an office furniture installation just a few months prior. TVT convinced them of the benefits of sit stand desks, so they requested a similar office furniture solution. They also wanted blue office furniture to fit into the corporate color palette.
Based on these parameters we began to formulate ideas for office space design suitable for their 420 square foot small office in Los Angeles. We wanted to be sure to take advantage of the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows lining two of the office walls.
Fully aware that every square inch counted on this office floorplan we carefully wrapped the office perimeter with 6’x5’ L shaped workstations. Each cubicle desk area includes a 2’x4’ electric sit stand desk with a programmable keypad, and an under-desk filing cabinet with 3 drawers. We used blue cubicle panels sparingly to save space and topped them with cubicle windows to keep the light flowing.
We had just enough space left to create a print & file station near the front entry. We grouped 2 drawer lateral filing cabinets together and topped them with a laminate worktop to create a file island, which doubles as a communal workspace across from the printer.
