Citivest Inc., is a 30 year old real estate operating company that has acquired, developed, managed and sold hundreds of commercial and residential assets, primarily located in the Southwest and Pacific states. Citivest has a profitable history investing and developing commercial assets both in ventures as well as for its own account. 

We were approached by the team at Citivest Inc. as a California office furniture supplier to enhance the functionality of their office space in Newport Beach by incorporating private office areas in their open office space to support focused work. By leveraging strategic corporate office interior design solutions, we created a work environment that balances openness with privacy, maximizing productivity and aesthetics.

To achieve this, we installed our premium modular office walls, seamlessly integrating them with the existing structure. The 107” high office facades were designed using glass office panels with glass stacking panels, allowing for natural light penetration while maintaining a modern and transparent aesthetic. Each new private office space was fitted with a solid office door, ensuring privacy and a professional appearance.

For the office side walls, we incorporated grey cubicle walls with two rows of glass stacking panels, topped with an additional row of grey panels. This innovative combination provides the ideal balance between visual connectivity and sound privacy, allowing employees to interact while still having dedicated, distraction-free spaces. The layout was carefully designed to complement a modern office design approach, ensuring both style and functionality.

The success of this installation highlights the increasing demand for flexible workspace solutions. By utilizing modular office walls we effectively transformed the open plan office space into a structured and productive environment. This project demonstrates how thoughtful planning and innovative office design can maximize space efficiency while enhancing workplace collaboration.
