Statement
AdventHealth is a Christian-based healthcare organization delivering a full system of care including everyday wellness, preventive care, life-saving diagnostic services, and innovative medical treatments for cancer, heart failure, and more. They employ more than 80,000 skilled caregivers across 50 hospital campuses and hundreds of care sites throughout Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin.
The client needed new cubicles and desks for small office spaces as part of their office renovation project in Sebring, Florida. In two separate spaces, they were looking for cubicle office ideas that would provide cubicles for call center and medical records departments. Our office space plan accommodated 17 team members in the call center and 14 team members in medical records, with 5x5 cubicles or larger.
Since the nature of the work in these departments is focused and independent, we used 67”H tall cubicle panels to divide the workspaces with max privacy. To further assist with cubicle noise reduction in an otherwise loud office environment, we upgraded from standard cubicle panels to special acoustic fabric panels that have greater sound absorbency.
In each private office we provided a multi-tiered desk designed with a low storage cabinet, floating desk top, and a frosted acrylic modesty panel. The client was pleased with the final result!
