For your regular cleaning of laminate surfaces, you should use a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth dampened with a vinegar and water mixture. Ensure you leave the surface completely dry, as any liquid can result in warping near the seams or stains. Never use furniture polish containing oils or waxes on laminate surfaces, nor cleaners that are bleach-based, as this can cause discoloration.

Your Office Partition Walls will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.

If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.

ASSEMBLY:

Your Accessories will require minor assembly, and will come with illustrated instructions in the package. Confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed assembly. We suggest assembling on carpet or protected surfaces to avoid scratches.
