The Versatile Office Trailer is designed to accommodate various work styles, offering two fully equipped workspaces that adapt to different needs. The first office is furnished with a 60"x30" office desk with metal legs and a 3 drawer pedestal for efficient organization, a 96"x30" folding pantry table for multipurpose use, and three stackable chairs for flexible seating. The larger room includes two 70"x24" straight desks, each with a box box file pedestal and overhead storage for ample space, eight task office chairs for comfortable seating, and a 71"x30" meeting table with sturdy metal legs. This adaptable trailer is perfect for both collaborative teamwork and focused individual tasks, providing comfort and functionality in any setting.

FEATURES:
Laminate office furniture has 3mm impact resistant edges on all the ends.
Metal pins + cam fasteners for easy assembly.
Office cabinet drawers with full extension ball bearing slides.
Each first drawer has a lock, which components are keyed randomly. Please contact customer care to learn more about keying alike (an upcharge applies).
Blow Molded Folding Table has durable plastic worksurface that is chip, crack and stain resistant.
Spring clip keeps the table legs in a folded position when the table is not in use.
Office desk chairs with tilt tension adjustment + tilt lock + center tilt movement.
Working chairs’ seat + arm height adjustment.
Properly contoured cushions + waterfall seat edge.
COLORS & MATERIALS:
Desks + Lateral File Cabinet are laminate and available in 6 finishes: Autumn Walnut, American Mahogany, American Dark Cherry, American Espresso, Artisan Grey, and White.
Autumn Walnut, American Espresso, and Artisan Grey are standard with silver handles. Black handles optional (an upcharge applies). American Mahogany and American Dark Cherry are standard with black handles. Silver handles optional (an upcharge applies).
Black grommets are standard, silver grommets optional (an upcharge applies).
The folding table comes with gray worksurface and charcoal legs.
The ergonomic task chairs have breathable black mesh back and black mesh fabric seat.
The stack chairs have chrome frame and legs. Polyurethane seats come in 4 colors: black, navy, light blue and white.

CERTIFICATIONS & WARRANTY:
These products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that products shall be free from substantial defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard office conditions. It is not warranted any matching of colors, grains or textures.
This limited warranty does not apply to damages resulting from normal wear and tear, shipment, storage, alteration, misuse of the product or the failure to provide proper care and maintenance, or product installation or reconfiguration. Additionally, no custom products or products used for rental purposes are covered.

Ships palletized.This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.
SHIPPING:
Your Office Trailers will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.
Please be confident in your choice or cubicle layout, panel height, quantity, sizes, colors, and delivery timing before purchase. Custom made product is not returnable:
ASSEMBLY:
Your Departmental Trailers will require minor assembly, and will come with illustrated instructions in the package. Confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed assembly. We suggest assembling on carpet or protected surfaces to avoid scratches.
