Infogroup provides innovative data and technological solutions through various online and offline platforms, which enable clients to maximize sales and enhance customer loyalty. This company is also a long-time repeat customer for many years and many locations throughout the United States, and we greatly value their trust and business.
The client hosts a great deal of meetings in their Burlington, MA offices, both for internal purposes and for engaging with their customers. They needed versatile conference room furniture that they could scale up or down for meetings of varying size, and they wanted it to look smart and presentable for their clientele. Being a data/tech company, they also wanted their meeting tables to have integrated power and data modules for easy access.
They had five conference rooms that needed office furnishings: the three largest ones had folding partition walls to divide the spaces into two smaller rooms, or open up into one massive room according to their meeting needs.
We worked with our top custom office furniture manufacturer to create tech-savvy modular tables for conference rooms that could break apart or join together and adapt to any meeting size requirements. The lightweight tables are easy to move, and have integrated media modules for internet, electricity, and video connectivity. All the cords and cables tuck away neatly inside the hollow table bases.
Finally, the matching custom credenza on wheels doubles as a center "leaf" to maximize the length and seating capacity for their largest meetings - an innovative office furniture solution that came about during the office design process.
